Perceptions of a pixel-surgeon...

Well, I´m blogging since around 2 years in a frequent basis and just recently found that the articles written, are probably good enough and "community-worthy" to be spread in the dA -newspool.
It took a while to get this self-awareness, thanks to all who encouraged me to do this and for the constant feedback that motivates to pull more helpful articles out of the hat.

If you are interested, feel free to follow my blog and participate, to help create more great content.
If you have a magazine about art, learning, art marketing and need guest-bloggers, I´m slowly thinking this is something I´d like to get more into, a note of interest is appreciated.

Portfolio, ready,... go!.

The New Portfolio website is officially live, feel free to have a look at the new fantasio- experience: [link]
If you like, feel free to show it on my facebook page here: [link]

New tutorial released on dtuts.com

I just finished a new tutorial, this time "The making of Gambit"(from X-Men), which can be found and read for free, here: [link]
The interesting thing about this tutorial, its done with two standard brushes only, in Photoshop.

All sounds good man. Anything that could benefit another artist in any way is good for the community. Even the smallest litle tips and tricks that you use on a daily basis and might not even think is noteworthy, may be something someone else had never thought of. What I've read from you so far has been good. Someone with your obvious talent shouldn't worry about whether what they have to say is important. It is. I say Keep up the good work. :)

Thanks for the heads up about that matter. Its a long path to find what fulfills us, where to go and what to do. I just recently recognized that I really have good time helping others to success in anything related to art. I always had the impression that I´m not good at explaining things, probably my thoughts are too complicated. With this blogging thing, I eventually find a way to describe these thoughts in an easier way, at least this is my goal in the long run.
Glad you find it helpful and thanks again for the motivating words!
