*Update 2010* more ergonomic tweaks, a new scanner, 1 new internal 1tb hdd + 1 new external 1tb;-)
Also a trial version of PS CS4 which seems to work with Windows 7 quite smooth and on the old 2,4 dualcore better than expected, but that might be the Nvidia geforce 9800GTX :P (so probably I´ll buy it, but CS 5 looks also very promising...damn)

Thats my very actual Studio space, or at least the digital corner.

A few days ago finally arrived my new NEC -2690 Multisync, the panel is not that great as the left one, but still better then the 5 years old ADI;-)

I mostly work in 800% zoomed( and above) as you can see so theres a decent need for fullscale -preview on the navigation panel.
Thats the reason i don´t need a larger tablet than a6 wide- i thought about a cintiy, but i love to work with a handy little tablet.

And no its not an apple, i like the design and the keys from apple, but the workhorse is an intel dualcore 3,0gHz with 2 gigs ram on XP.

The second PC (under the table) is secure from Lan a backup and replacement PC with 2, 67 TB HDD.

The macs are just for entertainment and for mobile / web applications. I have tried to work with macs but its just not my cup of tea - they can be used for temporary replacement or mobile correspondence and website maintainance but not more.

Ich hatte leider die gute Idee mit CS4 zu kaufen, wenige Wochen bevor CS5 angekündigt wurde... dennoch, viel viel besser als mein altes CS2. Besonders für Photoarbeiten, das Clone Tool und die Healing Brush sind sehr viel besser, genau wie die Adjustment Layers.

Und es läuft super stabil und ziemlich schnell auf Win 7 - besser als CS2 unter XP oder Vista.

Hab jetzt endlich das CS5 und unter win7 ist ne wucht, wollte eigentlich auch erst "nur" cs4 nachdem die testversion tatsächlich super lief, das hat mich jedenfalls davon überzeugt das die anschaffung des neuen doppelt lohnt.
