on Wednesday i received my copy of Revolution, the limited edition version of John Fosters book, and i´m really in awe with his mixed media technique! inspired me and forcing me to do something with oils and photoshop soon, for the recent two days i did studies in photoshop to achieve the oily look he often uses in his works...
its not that i don´t like the finished detail -look, (like my recent works)but its sooo time consuming.
this painting study cost me 1 hour and it has still a finished look- model is Julia, reference used.
i hopefully will have time to do more soon.
