this is just my little tribute to one of the masters,Raphael...based on the painting:
-The Sistine Madonna, details of the Angels-
this idea cames really spontaneous at the last photosession, and it fits clearly behind the three-some picture before,so i decided to keep the picture for that purpose in a more artistic mood...
hope you like it,and please note,it was my proposition to keep the coloration and wings plain,as the concept itself was only "in the style of" the picture and the artist named above...
This is really a great piece. Very nicely posed and the faces just make me chuckle. Almost like a "Where are they now?" for the angels. All grown up. haha
I like it. The inspiration is clear, and you have added a nice touch of your own. I relly like the simple wings, they work very well with the rest of the image.
nice touch with how you did the wings. from the tumb I thought they where some props, but in the full view I saw they where drawn onto the picture. I liked that. There's a semi-grunge style to it, that's nice. And the bright yellow/red colors makes it look like a warm and joyful place. (a heavenly feeling to it, sort of speak)
whoa
both of you did a fine job here.. the model and yourself.. i really like this.. the contrasts and tones are excellent.. i love the expressions and the nice work on capturing the 'heavenly' look in her..

I really like the brightness it gives it that heavenly touch , the colours are great... oh and the wings are great to and the expression of your angel is fab give it the human touch...
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
Have a great time everyone and please fav this article so as many people can see the featured works. I would recommend seeing each one and faving them too.

It's a good thing we have gravity, or else when birds died they'd just stay right up there. Hunters would be all confused.
